Before you register
What age can my child start?
Most children start once they can follow a short lesson and sit through a game. If you are unsure, send an inquiry and we will suggest a level.
Which level should I choose?
Choose Beginner if your child is new to chess, Intermediate if they already play full games, and Pro if they compete. You can also pick Not sure on the inquiry form.
What happens after I pay the registration fee?
We review your registration within 2 working days and email you the confirmed class day and start date.
Can my child change class day for one week?
Yes. Message your branch on WhatsApp and we will move your child to another class that week.
How do I pay the monthly fee?
Each month we send a payment link by email and WhatsApp. You can also pay by DuitNow QR and send us the receipt.
