The terms that apply when you register a child for classes at DK Chess Academy.

Registration
- Each registration is for one child and is confirmed only when we approve it.
- The registration fee is paid online when you register. If we cannot approve a registration, we refund the registration fee.
- Unpaid registrations expire after 7 days.
Monthly fees
- Monthly fees are charged for each month a student is enrolled, from their start month.
- We send a payment link before the end of each month. You can pay online through Billplz or by DuitNow QR.
- Fee amounts and rules for months with five class days are being confirmed and will be added here.
Classes
- Group students attend one regular class a week. If your child cannot attend in a particular week, contact us and we will try to move them to another class that week.
- Classes may be cancelled on public holidays and academy closure dates, which we announce in advance.
Pausing or leaving
Tell us if your child needs to pause or stop classes. Monthly charges stop from the date we record the change.
